Cause Remedy

Burner start faulty.

The symbol is displayed and the red

fault indicator on the burner is illumina-

ted.

Press the reset button on the burner hood

or on the boiler front panel. If there is no

reset button, switch the ON/OFF switch

(see pages 10 and 11) first OFF and then

ON again.

Contact your local heating contractor if

the burner still fails to start.

Vitoair draught stabiliser faulty. Contact your local heating contractor.

Press the rotary selector on the motor and

rotate it past this position

as far as it

will go.

Rooms are too hot

Cause Remedy

Control unit is incorrectly adjusted. Check settings and correct if required:

■ Set boiler water temperature (see

page 13).

The symbol is shown on the display. Scan the type of fault, make a note of the

fault code and acknowledge the message

(see page 20). If necessary, notify your

heating contractor.

Emissions test switch is set to .

Close the flap (see page 8).
